Topic: the Influence and Mindset Required to Speak Up and Lead

Have you ever felt like you had something important to say, but you did not speak up? Maybe you are not feeling heard? Or maybe you did speak up, but your voice did not have the impact you hoped for. We are going to understand how to prepare your mindset and use influence strategy, so you can speak up, be heard and have the impact you want and deserve.

This workshop will help with refining clarity and purpose or setting a clear mindset on desired results, and why they are important, so expectations can be met and surpassed. World-class tips will be provided to use thoughts and emotions to perform optimally under pressure. Advanced tools to accelerate progress and get better quicker will be presented through imagery training and emotional control skills. Setting a structure for success will help you utilize accountability partners, challenge your current status quo, accelerate progress and keep you on track. Our goal here is to discuss where the group feels they’ve been confident and courageous, and where they might be holding back or backing down. Tools will be provided to neutralize and utilize fear so that potential can be realized with courage. In addition, our goal is also to gauge how influential the group feels and to give them tools and concepts that will raise their level of action and influence. After the workshop, we will know how to get others to listen and disrupt current norms in a unified and inclusive way.
