SF Market President and Northwest Division Executive at Bank of America
Gioia McCarthy is a Managing Director and Division Executive at Bank of America, in the San Francisco office. In 2018, she was named Market President for the San Francisco Bay Area, by Bank of America. Additionally, she has been awarded as one of 2018 Most Influential Women in Business in the Bay Area.
Previously, Gioia was a Regional Project Manager and Sales Director at Wells Fargo Associates for three years. She was responsible for assisting Regional Brokerage Managers and Senior Directors in a wide range of tasks, such as sales strategies and client segmentation. Before holding these positions she worked as a Wells Fargo Sales, District, and Business Manager and completed an education in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
Founding Director at Berkeley-Haas Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership
Dr. Kellie McElhaney is Adjunct Professor at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She founded the Center for Responsible Business, which was rated #1 in the world by the Financial Times. She recently founded the new Center for Equity, Gender & Leadership (EGAL) at Haas. She has developed the concept of "equity fluent leadership" and teaches, consults and keynotes globally on this area. Kellie keynotes, consults and develops executive education for Global 1000 companies all over the word in developing integrated sustainability and women’s investment strategies. She has written a book entitled Just Good Business: The Strategic Guide to Aligning Corporate Responsibility and Brand (2010), as well as delivered a TED talk.

Recognized as one of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech for five consecutive years, Jenny Dearborn is a leader in HR, HCM, the Future of Work, and data analytics. She is the CEO of Actionable Analytics Group, an advisory firm that supports Human Capital Management and Education Tech startups from Seed to IPO.
Her first book, Data Driven, was selected as one of the top 10 for What Corporate America is Reading out of 11,000 business books published that year. Her next book, The Data Driven Leader, was published in November 2017. Jenny previously served as Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Chief Learning, Talent & Leadership Officer at SAP, the world’s largest B2B software company, responsible for the learning, succession management, and organizational development of 90,000+ employees worldwide. Jenny was also the Chief Learning Officer at SuccessFactors, Hewlett-Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Docent (now Sum Total Systems), leading award-winning teams that drove measurable business impact. She co-founded the Silicon Valley Apprenticeship Consortium and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of two start-ups. Jenny is a former board member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and Association for Talent Development, the leading organization for talent professionals globally.
